Do you offer an express service for all items?
We understand that sometimes you need results quickly, and we’re here to help. For certain items, like natural diamond mini reports (up to 6 stones), short and full natural diamond reports, diamond screening, tanzanite mini reports, and gem ID mini reports, we offer an express service with same-day or next-day turnaround. Additional charges apply for this service—100% for same-day and 50% for next-day.

You can choose to mail or courier them to us, or if you prefer, you’re welcome to personally drop them off at our customer services counter. We understand how important these pieces are to you, and we’re here to ensure the process is smooth and worry-free.
Do you offer an unsetting and resetting service?
