Can I have my order delivered to a non-residential address?
Absolutely! With Royal Mail, you can have your order delivered to an address of your choice, whether it’s a workplace, friend’s home, or another location. Just enter the desired delivery address at checkout, and we’ll make sure your order gets there.

When driving to Birmingham Assay office please note:
- For Customer drop off and collection please use Moreton St
- For Visitors please use main entrance on Icknield St
- Moreton Street – connects Pope Street and Carver Street.
- Pope Street is one way
- Carver Street is one way and Moreton Street can only be accessed by turning right
